My Master's capstone: a supplier make/buy analysis tool for Boston Scientific that guides sourcing decisions across components. This project is a work in progress. More detail, results and visuals will be added as it develops.

Cargill Constraints Analysis Tool

For my senior design project my team and I built a constraints analysis tool for Cargill's Animal Feed processing plants. This tool predicts future bottlenecks and helps plant managers decide future capital expenditures needed to increase production or decrease costs. The tool's math was built in Excel for 5 plants, but will be turned into an app and be used for 64 plants around the US.
